Background

A team representing several University of Wisconsin-Madison departments completed a RFP (Request for Proposal) process - requirements gathering, evaluating responses, scoring tabulation, reference checking, etc.  As a result of this lengthy RFP process, contract(s) for media transcription and captioning services have been awarded to two excellent vendors - both identified as being able to provide the best solution and value. All University of Wisconsin System and Wisconsin Technical College System entities are able to receive the discounted prices as a result of these contracts.
