This document explains the error message received when incorrect information is used to log into http://myinfo.wisc.edu/.
If a caller receives the error "Invalid Campus ID or PIN" please do the following:
First, verify that the caller is logging in with their 10-digit Campus ID number and not their NetID.
If the caller still has access to My UW and the Student Center, have the caller reset their PIN in Student Center. See [Link for document 4145 is unavailable at this time.].
If access is still denied or if the caller does not have access to the Student Center via My UW, the caller should use the help feature on the My Info login page - "Forgot Campus ID or PIN?"
If access is still denied the caller will need to contact the Office of the Registrar at 608-262-3811.
