Set Up Recruitment Box Folder from Template
Follow these steps to set up your box folder using the recruitment box folder template.
- Login to UW Box
- Go to your department(s) recruitment box folder
- Select ‘New +’
- ‘Folder’

- Add folder name “[JR #] – [TITLE]” and click ‘create’

- Click on the new folder you just created
- Add the following folders, documents, and links (bookmarks)
- Folders to add:
- Click ‘New +’
- ‘Folder’
- Type in folder name:
- Folders to add:

- ‘Reference Check’ – add a tag (three dots > more actions > add or edit tags) “MUST BE COMPELTED BEFORE VERBAL OFFER”
- 'Candidate Materials'
- ‘Upload interview questions that are used here’

- Add Applicant Tracking Spreadsheet:
- Download the spreadsheet and save to your computer - https://uwmadison.box.com/s/n04ke9iqdohf8gtbs6vkgqkce5hl4hjs
- Click ‘New +’
- ‘Upload file’ from your computer - SMPH Applicant Tracking Spreadsheet – PVL TITLE
- Bookmarks to add:
- Click ‘New +’
- ‘Bookmark’
