SIS/Getting Started - Favorites
Add quick access points to your frequently used SIS pages by saving and using Favorites. Your saved favorites are stored within SIS and are accessible wherever you are logged in. Learn how to add and use favorites.

Select a saved Favorite from the Navigation Bar
Select a saved Favorite from the Quick Access Bar
Create a SIS Favorite
Step 1
Navigate to page you want to set as a favorite

- If you want to save a favorite without any search criteria, clear out information specific to your search (for example, Student ID or Course/Term information)
- Favorites will only save a WorkCenter and NOT the selected page within the WorkCenter

Select the three vertical dots at the top right corner of the red Quick Access bar to open the Actions menu

Select Add To Favorites

Use the default name for the Favorite or type in a new Favorite Label if desired.

Select [Add]

Select [OK]
Select a saved Favorite from the Navigation Bar (NavBar:Favorites)

Select the compass icon at the top right corner of the red Quick Access bar to open the Navigation Menu

Select Favorites

Select an item from your saved Favorites list
Select a saved Favorite from the Quick Access Bar

Select the heart icon for Favorites at the top left corner of the red Quick Access bar

Select an item from your saved Favorites list
Edit Favorites
Step 1
Select heart icon for Favorites at the top left corner of the red Quick Access bar, or select the compass icon
at the top right corner of the red Quick Access bar to open the Navigation Menu

Select [Edit Favorites]
Step 3
Edit desired settings:
- Order: Type new Sequence number; display order is lowest (0) to highest number
- Rename: Type in a new label for the Favorite item
- Delete: Check box to left of the Favorite item; select [Delete Selected]; select Yes to delete

Select [Save] to apply the changes
