Cloudability - Getting Started
Prerequisites

You must already have access to Cloudability. See Cloudability - Accessing Cloudability for more details
- Login to Cloudability with your netid@wisc.edu using https://app.apptio.com/cloudability
Step 1 – Set Your Default View
Views control what data you can see (account ids, or billing customer IDs). Setting a default View ensures Cloudability opens to the right data automatically.

In Cloudability in the top right click on the person icon and select Manage Profile.

Then click on preferences and select your default view and click save settings.

This sets the default view when you login you can change views using the view switcher in the top right

Step 2 – Set Your Default Dashboard
Dashboards provide a quick visual summary of spend, utilization, . Setting a default makes your preferred dashboard the landing page after login.

In Cloudability make sure you are in My Dashboard on the left navigation bar

Click on the 4 squares icon to the right of the star this will show you the manage dashboards page
- Click into them to see what they look like and the data they provide

Find the one you want to be your default

On the manage dashboard page click the house symbol on the dashboard that you want to be the default and this will set the default
