WiscIT - Viewing Classifications for a Service

This document details how to view the Incident and Service Request classifications for a given service.

  1. Open the CMDB Workspace. See WiscIT - Workspaces Overview for more information on workspaces.

  2. Search for the specific service. The most simple method is to use the Search Box in the upper right hand corner of the workspace.

  3. On the service form, open the Classifications tab to view the classifications for the service.
