General Description

This user procedure provides detailed information and instructions for employees on how to Change Medicare Information via Personal Summary page.

POIs will not have access to Self Service.

Procedure Steps

To perform this procedure, please follow these steps:

  1. Click Change Medicare Information button.
  2. Make changes to your Medicare Information in the "Enter New Information" section.


    • Click in the "As of" field and enter an effective date.
    • Click in the Medicare Number field and enter number.
    • Check boxes for Medicare A/B and enter reasons, if applicable.
  3. Click the Save button. Successful Save page appears.


  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Return to Personal Information Link.


  6. Review changes on Personal Information Summary page.
