Internet Explorer 6 (Windows XP) - Status Bar Display Disappears
This document explains how make the status bar appear in Internet Explorer 6 if it has disappeared.

- With only one IE open, click View
- Select Status Bar.
- Hold down the Ctrl key and click the Close button.
- Open Windows Explorer (Start -> Programs -> Accessories - Windows Explorer).
- Click View.
- Select Status Bar.
- Click Tools->Folder Options->View tab.
- Click the Apply to all folders button.
