Authorized User Lookup Tool

The authorized user lookup tool will tell you who is authorized to order changes to phone lines. (Email requests will only be accepted from previously approved departmental staff whose names are on file with DoIT Voice Services.) The search can be done by telephone number or UDDS funding string.

Anyone with a NetID has access to the lookup tool, Authorized User Lookup.

Telephone Activity Report (TAR) Resources

This tool lets authorized users to update names associated with telephone numbers on Telephone Activity Reports (TAR). The TAR is a detail list of charges and credits to your account. Please note that changing names on the TAR is for your information only and does not affect who is assigned to the phone number or voicemail. Authorized users can maintain the names associated with those same numbers on their TARs.

Line Lookup Tool

The Line Lookup tool provides the name of the user, funding numbers, location information, and features of Centrex telephone lines. Please note that the name and location information is not updated for Cisco VoIP lines. This tool is intended to be used when gathering the necessary information for placing Centrex telephone orders. Each department is responsible for keeping track of their telephone lines.
