  • Chat is available from 8:00am-4pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Any message sent while chat is "unavailable" will be emailed to us and answered promptly during normal business hours
  • Chat can be found at the top of any DoIT Tech Store Online Catalog page
  • Users of chat must be affiliated with the UW and have a valid NetID
