Overview

The UW Shared Services Customer Support and Service Delivery teams provides system support to human resources staff for University of Wisconsin institutions. Service Delivery teams typically work directly with UW human resource professionals (tier 1 support) that are utilizing the Human Resources System (HRS). We provide support via phone, email, and our support web form. Employees should direct questions to their own divisional or departmental HR staff ahead of contacting UW-Shared Services for support. Business related faxes can be sent to us at 608-890-2327.

Support staff is available for email support from 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Emails are typically responded to within 2 hours.  If you have an urgent issue, please call the UWSS - Service Operations Support Team at (888) 298-0141 (toll free) or (608) 262-0600 .
