Voice Mail (Centrex) - Recording Your Personal Greeting from Your Phone

The Centrex voicemail system will be retired on May 31, 2019. Voicemail accounts will be moved to Cisco Unity voicemail. Watch your email for more information about your transition to the new system.

Your personal greeting is the message callers hear before they are offered the opportunity to leave a message.

Note: You may want to write your greeting down on paper before recording it.
