Voice Mail - Email Notification Setup

The voice mail system allows you to receive an e-mail message notifying you that you have a new voice mail message or if you choose, that message can include a copy of the message as a .WAV attachment. This acts like the EVM service on the Octel voice mail system.

After you have logged in to the Web PhoneManager at https://voicemail.doit.wisc.edu, click Notification Settings.

To add multiple email addresses, enter each email address separated by a comma and a space. email1@wisc.edu, email2@wisc.edu
