Problems submitting a room reservation request
When Requesting a CAE Lab room reservation at:
Missing Primary Contact for EMS Room Scheduling Request
If you do not see the WebEntry primary contact on the Details page of the request form as shown below:
You will not be able to complete the web reservation request form. This will happen if you recently changed or activated your campus NetID. To correct the problem, please email the CAE Helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org and request access to the WebEntry contact in the room reservation system. Please specify your campus NetID to help speed processing of the request. Do NOT send the helpdesk your password.
