Moodle-Posting a SCORM, AICC, or IMS Content Package

SCORM/AICC

1. First, turn editing on by clicking the Turn editing on button at the top right corner of your course homepage.

2. In the desired week/topic, click Add an activity or resource and select SCORM Package (AICC Packages are also added by selecting SCORM Package).

3. Give the activity a name and summary in the respective fields. Next, click the Choose or upload a file button and select the desired SCORM/AICC package from your course’s file directory.

4. Browse and modify the remaining settings as desired. When finished, click the Save and return to course button at the bottom of the page.

Inserting an IMS Content Package

1. First, turn editing on by clicking the Turn editing on button at the top right of your course homepage.

2. In the desired week/topic, click Add an activity or resource and select IMS Content Package.

3. Give the link to the IMS content package a name. You can also give it a description, but it is not required.

4. Click the Choose a file button. Locate the desired file and click the Choose File to browse and Upload this file to upload.

4. Next, browse the settings to change restrict access, activity completion, and module settings.

5. When finished, click the Save and return to course at the bottom of the page. To preview, click Save and display.
