The Recruitment Toolkit provides resources and information on recruitment "best practices" for searching for faculty and academic staff.  The emphasis is on search strategies that promote affirmative action and equal opportunity.

The Women in Science and Engineering Leadership Institute (WISELI) offers training for search committees to recruit and hire an excellence and diverse faculty. More information, including WISELI's guidebook for search committee chairs, "Searching for Excellence & Diversity", is available on the WISELI website. UW-Madison New Employee information contains links to essential forms that must be completed by all employees.  This site also provides links to information specific to employees, according to whether or not they are covered by the Wisconsin Retirement System.
