Remote Access to Tethered Software Files
Remotely accessing tethered software
Tethered Software allows you to locally install and run some CAE owned and controlled software while your computer is connected to the network or Internet.
Tethered software installation files can be accessed through https://myfiles.cae.wisc.edu . Please note that you will need to be on campus or connect via VPN. You can use DoIT's WiscVPN, CAE license VPN or CoE VPN for this. When accessing this site, you will be prompted with a login box. Please use your CAE username and password.
Once you're on the MyFiles page, click on the Software folder in the top left area. This will load the folders containing the tethered software currently available for the Linux, Mac, and Windows operating systems.
