Prof. Turkheimer evidence book

An FAQ

How to access the materials

Go to http://law.wisc.edu/evidence/

On the right side of the page there will be a link for those with NetIDs and those without NetIDs.  Both authentication methods do require activation before access will work.

For those using Non-NetID access, use the email address that you received the password at as your username.
TIP -- if you have multiple email addresses funneled into one account, make sure to check the To: field to determine which one was used.
TIP -- make sure to login in prior to trying to access the material.

NOTE:  Your browser must accept cookies for the authentication to work, without cookies, access will be denied.

Footnotes
Some browsers (Firefox, perhaps others) are "smart" and limit the number of windows opened for a site.  In testing we noticed that Firefox tended to have one window for Chapters and one for Footnotes.  NOTE:  Although clicking a link in one, would refresh the other, it was found that not all browsers will bring the updated tab to the front (ie you may have to click on the chapters tab after clicking a link the footnotes to see the linked material).
