ShareURL - Getting Started

ShareURL provides a unique web address to see your calendar data in various formats. This special URL that can be used to share your agenda in a number of ways:

  • View your agenda in many third-party applications, like Google Calendar, Apple's iCal, your iPhone, and countless others.
  • Embed your agenda into a web site.

Important: Other than the free-busy ShareURL, your ShareURL provides a read-only link to all (or filtered) your Office 365 calendar data. If you have ANY sensitive data (e.g., personal, financial, medical information, or data set to a sensitive access level), then you should make sure the ShareURL you use is filtered to not include this data or not use this feature. If you post your ShareURL on another public web site, anyone who stumbles across it will be able to use it to read all appointments, daily notes, and day events in your account. If someone else has invited you to a confidential meeting, that meeting may appear in your agenda and be viewable using this ShareURL. There are options to filter specific types of data out of your ShareURL, such as private events, but you must explicitly do so when creating the ShareURL.
