Learn@UW - Students Cannot View Quiz

If students cannot view a quiz in their Learn@UW course, the possible causes are:

  • The status is set to "Inactive."
  • A future "Start Date" or past "End Date" has been specified.
  • The quiz is setup with restricted access.

To fix these:

  1. Select the quiz from the "Quizzes" tool.
  2. Click on the Restrictions tab near the top of the page.
  3. Make sure the status is set to Active.
  4. Make sure the "Start Date" and "End Date," if specified, are correct.
  5. Ensure that if any Special Access privileges have been set that they've been defined for the correct users.
