ACADEMIC AND UNIVERSITY STAFF LETTERS
For non-instructional or renewable
instructional academic staff and university staff appointments, please use the templates below to create a draft appointment letter and send to your HR Rep for review. A final letter will be prepared and sent to you for the p-file. The appointment letter will be sent to the applicant in TREMS. That process will be managed by your HR Rep. Letter attachments are
available here. You will also need to send a CV referencing the pvl/pd number to your HR Rep at this time.
