Course Proposal - How do I check or change my settings?
To access User Settings, log on to the system, click the "Proposal Tasks" tab on the top menu bar, and select "My Settings":
For each of the four types of email notification (Assigned Notification, Approved Notification, Comment Added Notification and Past Due Notification), select your preferred frequency of receiving emails. Choose a frequency that is appropriate to your role in the course proposal process. Use caution when choosing 'Never'. If you have approval authority for your academic unit, your responsibility for the course proposal remains even if you have turned off email notification.
