What should I do if my educational records are no longer available?

The University of Wisconsin-Madison requires official copies of your secondary education records (grades 9-12) and any post-secondary coursework you have completed. If you cannot obtain copies of your official academic record(s), you must provide the dates of attendance at the institution and an official letter from your school or, if you are an international applicant, your country’s Ministry of Education explaining why your records are no longer available.
