Certificates - Graduate/Professional - Registrar Office Procedures - Reporting Enrollment and Awards

To ensure accurate campus data collection, coordinators must report both students' enrollment and completion of the graduate/professional level certificates.

Graduate/professional certificates are declared and canceled using the eDeclaration process in the student information system. Authorization forms to access eDeclaration in the student information system can be found at https://sis.wisc.edu/access.htm
