Office 365 - Who will handle user support — local administrators or the DoIT Help Desk?

The support model for Office 365 is being designed to provide the highest level of help to those who need it at each phase of the project — pre-migration, during migration, and post-migration. Who is directed to which source for help and the timing of any re-directs will be part of the migration schedule that is mapped out with each campus unit. Support planning will be part of the conversation with email administrators in the census they are completing.
