My UW-Madison - Unable to View a Completed Requisition
If you are unable to view a completed requistion, verify the following that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not, a download is available here (you must be on the campus network to access this link): Adobe Acrobat Reader Installer
This document explains that Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed to view the completed requisitions.
