UW Digital ID (One-Time Password) - Contingency / Temporary Access

This document summarizes the process of requesting a static temporary password.

Contingency access is available if your OTP token is missing, broken, left at home, or otherwise unable to generate OTP tokens.

These contingency codes have unlimited uses for the day, but expire at 11:59 PM on the day of request.

These codes are NOT meant to be your primary method of authenticating. If you need your token replaced / unlocked, please contact your LRA.
