UW Digital ID - Customer - Changing a One Time Password Device from Smart Phone / Hardware Fob to the Alternate Method

This document summarizes the process of working with your LRA to change the method or device used to generate your One Time Password (OTP).

1. Contact your LRA and indicate your desire to change your One Time Password (OTP) device.

2. To find out who your LRA is click on the "Click here for assistance" link at the bottom of the page or "Find Help" link in the left menu on the UW Digital ID website and look in the "One Time Password LRAs"section.

3. To verify your identity you must present a government issued photo ID and your UW ID to your LRA: 
Acceptable forms of Identification: UW ID Card, Drivers License, Passport, US Military ID Card.

4. After you have visited your LRA and verified your identity, the LRA can Activate / Assign your new One Time Password Device
