D2L eGrade Submission process: General Introduction
D2L eGrading: General Introduction
The D2L eGrade submission process is designed for instructors who have been using their D2L gradebook throughout the semester. Instead of hand entering the final grades into your grade rosters within My UW-Madison, this process allows you to "send" a grade file directly from your D2L course and import the file into each of your grade rosters within My UW-Madison.
Electronically submitting final grades can be a bit daunting if you're new to it. However, if you have a large D2L gradebook it can be a real timesaver. Within this material you will find written instructions, training videos and recommendations.
If you haven't been using your D2L gradebook, or the gradebook doesn't meet your needs, or you have a relatively small class (around 30 or fewer), we suggest that you go directly to the Registrar's Office process to submit your final grades. Please see the Registrar Office's instructions for details.
To navigate these materials, look to the navigation pane to the left. To print, or view all content at once, click the "Accessible Version" link, above.
The following brief videos also step through the process.
