WiscCal (KB) - Browsers Blocking "Mixed Content"

There is a known issue in Firefox and Chrome that results in the display of a blank screen or missing content when you view a knowledgebase document.

Mozilla recently released Firefox Version 23, which seems to be causing some issues with loading certain content. Content within the knowledgebase site that is embedded and originating from a non-secure source, such as Vimeo/YouTube, is not displayed by default. This results are either a blank popup or missing video within documents that have video content.
