G-Code Definitions in SIS: Graduate School Codes
This document provides definitions for the Action Reason Codes (G-Codes) used by the Graduate School and applied by the Office of Admissions.

| G00 - Available for Recommendation | Applicant submitted application. |
| G02 - Missing AcadRecords/Transcripts | Graduate School requests official transcripts. |
| G04 - Evaluation Available | Evaluation available after a departmental request. The evaluation will go to all to departments to which the applicant applied. |
| G05 - Dean's Review | Prosheet received, additional review in progress. |
| G06 - GS Follow-Up | Graduate School requests additional or updated information from applicant. |
| G07 - Term Change | Term change has been processed. |
| G08 - Reentry Request | Reentry application has been submitted. |
| G10 - Prosheet Requested | Prosheet requested from program justifying recommendation despite application not meeting Graduate School requirements (e.g., low GPA) . |

| G18 - Temporary Admit on Probation | This code is retired as of 2023 |
