Learn@UW - Possible Problems with Submission of ePortfolio Items to Dropbox Folder
Users submitting ePortfolio items to a Dropbox folder may find that the processing is extremely slow and results in a small 600-700 byte .d2lresource file in the Dropbox folder with no content in it.
When submitting ePortfolio presentations and other items to a Dropbox folder, a visual indicator should show that the process is progressing. If users see that the process slows dramatically, they should cancel the process and try again. A successful submission should take less than a minute or two to complete.
