Outlook 2013 - Export Local Calender

Important: By February 2017, Microsoft will no longer push any updates to Office 2013 suite of applications. Please see the following document for further details: Office 365 - Microsoft Office 2013 path to retirement.

This document will provide step-by-step instructions on how to export your calender from Outlook 2013.

  1. Open Outlook 2013.

  2. Select the File tab.

  3. Select Open and Export, then choose Import/Export. This will launch the Import and Export wizard.

  4. Select Export to a file.

  5. Select Outlook Data file (.pst).

  6. Save as Outlook.pst File

  7. Select Browse, then choose a location where you'd like to save your file. Select Replace duplicates with items exported, then click Finish.

  8. Browse to target location

  9. (Optional) To password protect your exported calendar, enter and verify a strong password. To skip this step simply leave the fields blank and click OK.
