WiscVPN (Mac and Windows) - Downloading and Installing Cisco AnyConnect if Java Fails

NOTE

WiscVPN is transitioning from using Cisco AnyConnect to Palo Alto GlobalProtect. For information on which client to use during the transition, see the news item WiscVPN Client Transition.

If the Java applet fails, it should present an option for manual installation. If the process hangs and does not offer an option for manual installation, you may have to disable Java. Instructions for enabling/disabling Java can be found here: Web Browsers - Disabling Java Plug-in.

Note:This works best in Chrome
