Office 365 (Outlook Wep App) - Creating a private event

This document explains how to create a private event in the Office 365 Outlook Web App calendar. For others with permission to view your calendar, only the date and time of a private event will be visible.

  1. Create a new event in the Outlook on the web calendar. See Office 365 (Outlook on the web) - Calendar Overview for a complete guide.

  2. In the event details, include all of the information you would like to see. Click Mark as private.

  3. Click SAVE. Remember, for others with permission to view your calendar, only the date and time of a private event will be visible.
