Outlook 2010 - Exporting Local Calender

This document will provide step-by-step instructions on how to export your calender from Outlook 2010.

  1. Open Outlook 2010.

  2. Select File.

  3. Select Options.

  4. Select Advanced.

  5. Select the Export button.

  6. Select Export to a file.

  7. Select the Outlook Data file (.pst) option.

  8. Expand the Outlook Data folder, then select the Calender for export.

  9. Select the Browse button to navigate to the location you'd like to store the file in. For this example we have chosen the Desktop.

  10. Select Desktop, then name the file. In our example, we will use Bucky B backup.

  11. When the location has been assigned, select Finish to complete the export.

  12. Lastly, navigate to the Desktop and find the exported file you created.
