EPD - eHelp - Technologies - Blackboard Collaborate - Troubleshooting
If there are problems connecting (or reconnecting) to a Blackboard Collaborate room, there are several possible reasons.
1. Check the Setup & Access section on EPD - eHelp - Technologies - Blackboard Collaborate .
2. Check the download's folder for the blackboard collaborate file. It may need to be manually downloaded to enter the web conference room.
- Audio System Warning: Some users have received a message indicating that "audio data is backed up and waiting to be played" and asks if users "want to retain this data". Neither option, Yes or No, stops the messages from continually popping up during a session. This issue is related to a connectivity slowdown on the individual user's network connections and typically corrects itself once the user's internet connections improves.
