ECMS - Known Issue - Batches disappearing

Perceptive Content Client Batches disappearing


When scanning from a fi-6x70a and VRS, using a scanner profile in duplex mode with blank page and patch code deletion set, all batches after the first patch code are deleted.

Status: Open ticket with Lexmark.

Work-around / Solutions: None as of yet.
