The purpose of the document is to explain the features of the Student Course Audit query.

Student Course Audit
  • File folder path: MADISON/Student/Graduate/Enrolled Students
  • Check whether certain students have taken certain courses, when, and what final grades were earned.

Reports available in this query:

This query is meant to check if certain students have taken certain courses at UW-Madison, when, and what final grades were earned. The search can be done selecting from Subject and Catalog Number(s) or by Course Id(s). Student Campus Id(s) are required to process.

When running this by Subject and Catalog number, only one subject can be checked at a time. If you need to check more than one subject and each subject has different catalog numbers, use the Course Id to get your pick of courses from across several subjects and catalog numbers.

You can type or paste-in Course Ids or Campus Ids separated with a comma. There is a limit of 1000 Camus Ids or Course Ids per processing.
