Office 365 (Apple Mail) - Printing

This document explains about printing using Apple Mail. These instructions are for Mac OS 10.9, but are likely to be similar for Mac OS 10.5-8.

To print:

  1. Select an item in Apple Mail that you would like to print.
  2. Go to File, then Print.


  3. A printing window will open with some options.
    • For more options, click Show Details.


  4. Click Print.
