Bio-ARROW - General Help - Look Up Training Records

Bio-ARROW help

In the protocol workspace, under “My Activities” you will see the button “Create training snapshot.” Click on the button and then select “Ok” at the bottom of the screen. This will create a status report of the required biosafety training records for the individuals listed on your protocol. The report will be in pdf format and can be found under the “History” tab of the protocol workspace:

Look Up Training Records

All required training must be completed before the protocol can be approved. The "Biosafety Required Training" course is required for all personnel listed on the biosafety protocol. This training expires after 5 years. This course replaced Biosafety 101, 104, and 201. If you completed Biosafety 101, 104, and 201, you do not have to complete the new course until you are due for renewal. Biosafety 102 is required for all personnel listed in the bloodborne pathogen section of the protocol. This training expires after 1 year. DURC training is required for certain protocols. This training expires after 3 years.

If you are interested in training records for your personnel for other safety courses, please visit the VCRGE Lookup Tool: https://my.gradsch.wisc.edu/lookups/citi/trainingStatus.html. Anyone with a NetID can use this tool to look up other individuals' training records.
