The Relationships tab is where all individuals associated with a particular program can be added. This includes:
- Program Coordinators (AKA Program Directors)
- Program Assistants (AKA Program Associates or Program Coordinators)
- Local Coordinators (Not often used but can be used to identify personnel at off-campus events)
- Presenters (AKA Instructors)
These instructions outline how to add individuals to these relationships that already exist in the data base. If a new individual needs to be added to the data base. Use the Directory tab to do this step first. See Directory - Add a new individual
The full screen of each Relationships tab section with display a list of the most recently used selections at the right. To add a selection, click on the + sign.
In this example, "Whitaker, Ann" was added as the "Program Coordinator" for this program.
You can also search for an individual by using the search box and icon at the top right:
In this example, we search for "Wang, Roberta" and that name appears and is available to add:
By clicking on the +, the name is added.
To remove a relationship, use the check box at the right of a name, select the box next to the individual you want to remove, and click the "Remove Relation" Button. To select all the relationships listed, check the box in the grey bar on the right above the list.
Move now to the "Presenters" tab under Relationships. There is additional functionality here that doesn't exist under any of the other Relationships tabs.
