Learn@UW - Checking the Integration Process
This document is for Site Administrators only.
To determine if the integration process was successful, check the integration transaction logs for import:
- Log on to the site as administrator.
- Select Course Mappings under SIS Integration in the "My Admin Tools" widget.
- Select View Transaction Log in the left pane.
- Select Import (if not already selected) from the drop down box in the upper right hand pane.
- Select Search.
- Scroll down as necessary to view the data.
60445 Import complete 6/14/2005 1:01:12 AMIt indicates that all files are being received and processed.
60444 Processing file: \\segundo.doit.wisc.edu\d2lmap\milscppr\process\d2l_uwmil_user_multi_20050613-220010.xml 6/14/2005 1:00:39 AM

If you see just the following, there were problems:
60679 Import complete 6/24/2005 1:00:02 AM
60678 Processing folder:\\segundo.doit.wisc.edu\d2lmap\milscppr\process 6/24/2005 1:00:00 AM
60677 Beginning import 6/24/2005 1:00:00 AM
It indicates either no files were received at all or .ALLDONE files were not received.
The IMPORT process runs regardless whether there are files in the folder or not.
