The tabs grouped under Relationships, allows the user to edit and add information about persons related to that particular program including Program Coordinators, Program Assistants, Local Coordinators, Contacts for Information, Presenters and Participants.
The first three tabs under Relationships are copied from the Financial Planning Form entries. Instructions about this functionality can be found in the following document:
The Contact for Information tab is used for web contact. In this tab, a user can add a name and contact information for a specific person to be contacted for information regarding this specific event. This screen functions in the same way as others above. Below is an example of how web content displays the selection.
The data in the Presenters tab under Relationships is also transferred from the Financial Planning Form. However, the ability to created a Payment to Individual Report (PIR) resides here. See IF-Relationships-Presenters-PIR for additional information about this function.
The last tab under Relationships is the Participants tab.
