With the Mass Email Service, you can send messages to specific groups on campus, including students, faculty/staff, or your own list of addresses.
Mass Email requests are made and managed through the service's website. Before submitting a request, we recommend that you see the helpful documents listed at the bottom of this page.
Follow these simple instructions to begin the process:
- Go to massemail.lists.wisc.edu and click New Request.
- Complete the Mass Email Request Form.
- Click Submit Request.
Note: At the end of the form, you will have the option to request an estimate for the mailing. If you select this option, you will receive an estimate that must be approved before the mailing is sent. If you do not request an estimate, your mailing will be sent at the requested time.
