Information about how to change the name, funding or location information about a telephone line.
Update line information
This information only applies for lines still on the Centrex system. If your number has been transitioned to Cisco VoIP, the location information will not be accessible through the line lookup tool as their locations are tracked elsewhere.

- Location Information: complete a request with Voice Services by completing the form here to report discrepancies regarding room and jack numbers for Centrex phones. Cisco VoIP phones have their locations tracked elsewhere. Those locations are not accessible through the line lookup tool.
