BigFix Offers Catalog

If you believe that an offer is missing there could be a couple of reasons why it is not showing up including:

    • The software is already installed
    • Your computer does not have enough disk space
    • Your computer has a pending reboot and the software will appear after a reboot

Accepting an offer

To accept an offer simply select the offer(s) that you are interested in and press Get. It is highly recommended to leave your computer on and plugged into power until you see that the offer has finished.

Checking on the progress of an offer

To check the progress of an offer, simply find the offer in the Catalog tab and view the Status column. To view completed offers, change from the Catalog tab to the History tab. From here you can view the completed software deployments. When the installation actually starts, a message box will appear on the bottom right of your screen indicating that the installation has begun. Another message box will appear when the installation is complete.
