UW Digital ID (Win) - Incorrect "Signed by" Address (Outlook)
If you are a Microsoft Outlook user attempting to send a digitally signed email, you may notice your From: and Signed by: addresses do not match. This issue only affects Outlook on the Windows operating system, and fixing it requires a manual workaround.
What to Do:
If you experience this issue, please email email@example.com with the following details:
- The subject should read: "Incorrect Signed by Address".
- Include your primary Office 365 email address (the one that should appear in the Signed by: header).
