Alumni Access to Community and Support Sites
If the graduate no longer has access to EPD Community, they will need to create or re-activate their UW NetID by following the process below.
Process for Obtaining UW NetID
Please complete the online contact update form to submit a current email address so that EPD can send an email invitation to create or re-activate a UW NetID. This allows for login into the EPD Community site.
Complete the Online Contact Update Form
Process OverviewThis is a multi-step process, see EPD - EPD Essentials - Manifest Get a UW NetID . Once this online contact update form is submitted, an initial email invitation from manifest@doit.wisc.edu should be received within about 48 hours. This will be a guide through creating or re-activating a UW NetID. Once this NetID has been created, the user can be manually added to the EPD Community Site, and login instructions will be sent via email so that alumni can be reconnected. For more information, read the transition FAQ below or contact ddtechsupport if there are any additional questions or problems. Also, read more about Alumni Services that are available at EPD - EPD Essentials - Degree Program Alumni Resources.
Important First Things to Update
After alumni first regain access to the EPD Community Site, they may want to revisit their EPD - Online Learning Systems - Moodle User Profiles , as well as their discussion forum tracking and EPD - Online Learning Systems - Moodle Discussion Forums settings to determine their preferences for email notification and forum tracking.
