Publications Tab - Main Screen

The main screen of the publications tab defaults to the current user. If a user is identified as an "Administrator," the screen defaults to that user and the catalogs they can administrate.



If a user is not defined as an administrator to any catalogs, the screen will default to catalogs that the user is defined as a "Partner." The "partner" relationship is further defined in other documents but in in summary a partner in a catalog is someone who is either a program director or program associate for a program in the catalog.


 
The "Actions" tab functions in a similar fashion to the Actions tab in other modules.



First two options are self explanatory. 
"Format for Printing" will format the catalog list displayed in a format conducive to print.
"Create New Catalog" will launch the functions to creating a new catalog.
"Clone Existing Catalog" will allow the user to copy an existing catalog and will then launch the functions for creating a catalog.
"Delete Catalogs(s)" is limited to individuals given permissions to delete catalogs.  Catalogs are deleted by checking the desired items and then selecting this tab.
